County Medically Indigent Services Program (CMISP)
The County Medically Indigent Services Program (CMISP) provides medically necessary care for eligible uninsured adults in Sacramento County. The program is the last option for people who are not eligible for other health care programs. Services include medically necessary primary care, pharmacy, specialty, emergency, hospital, and ancillary services.
Healthy Partners (HP)
Healthy Partners (HP) provides access to primary care and limited-scope specialty care for eligible uninsured adults in Sacramento County who do not qualify for other health insurance programs due to immigration status – individuals must have restricted scope Medi-Cal to qualify.
