Eligibility and Cost
To use the Primary Care Center Pharmacy:
- You must be enrolled in a Sacramento County DHS program
- Eligibility depends on the County program you are part of
Medications are offered at a reduced cost for eligible patients.
Language Access
The Primary Care Pharmacy provides services in multiple languages. Multilingual staff are available to help patients understand their medications and care instructions.
Language assistance is available upon request.
What to Do Next If you are a Patient
If you are currently receiving care through a County DHS program:
- Talk with your provider about using the Primary Care Pharmacy
- Sign up for DHS MyChart (OCHIN) to stay connected and manage prescription refills
If you are not enrolled in a County program, your provider can help determine what services may be available to you.
