County of Sacramento Real Property

The Real Estate Division (RED) facilitates transactions related to real property owned by the County of Sacramento, Sacramento County Water Agency, Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, Sacramento Area Sewer District, and dependent park districts. RED handles revenue leases, which include agricultural, industrial and other special purpose leases. RED also handles surplus real property sales, conveyances of easements and wireless telecommunication permits, and provides support for the redevelopment of the McClellan and Mather Field former Air Force Bases.

The sale or lease of County or District/Agency owned real property is subject to government codes, regulations, and procedures.
